Float Solar PV Plant Assembly Components

Our Float Solar PV Plant is built with precision-engineered components to ensure durability and efficient performance. The assembly includes:

  • a. Main Floating Body: The basic and primary component to mount the solar panels while providing enough space for walking
  • b. Aisle: The use is to connect the main floating body. Bumpy surface can increase the frictional force and offer enough walking space.
  • c. Screw + Nut Set: Secure the main floating body and the aisle
  • d. Front Supporting Component: To support, secure the solar panels and adjust the mounting angle.
  • e. Back Supporting Component: To support, secure the solar panels and adjust different angles along with the front supporting component

How to Set-up FloatSolar PV?

STEP 1

Fix the front supporting component to the main floating body

STEP 2

Fix the back supporting component to the main floating body

STEP 3

Connecting floating body and aisle with plastic screw +nuts, and put the connection part into the designated position in the water seriatim.

STEP 4

Put the solar panel on the supporting components which is hooked on to the bottom frame of the panel tightly

STEP 5

Install other solar panels according to step 4

STEP 6

Installation completed.
