A 12 × 20 ft dock — our largest prebuilt size — is 240 sq ft, still comfortably inside. A Max jet ski port is 15 × 5 ft, or 75 sq ft, against an OFW limit of 200. A few things can still require review: sovereign submerged lands and the Letter of Consent, water management district rules, HOA or lake association policy, and attaching to a seawall where the jurisdiction treats attachment as a structural alteration.
