How a decked dock is priced
Cubes × $105 + framed square feet × $21. The 2x6 rim adds 4 inches overall on each axis, which is what "framed" square footage means. Bare and Trex-decked prices are always shown side by side — we never quote bare on its own.

How much is a jet ski port?
Jet ski and PWC ports start at $1,898 for the Compact (10 ft × 5 ft). The Classic is $2,098, the Pro is $2,398, and the Max is $2,698. Florida delivery is free and professional installation is optional at $200.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. In Florida, dock and platform prices include delivery and professional installation. Qualifying installs are exempt from Environmental Resource Permitting fees under Fla. Stat. 403.813, though a Letter of Consent for state-owned submerged lands may still apply. Florida sales tax is calculated by the install county and appears on your formal quote. 50% reserves the build and locks your pricing; the remaining 50% is due on completion. Out-of-state freight is always quoted separately and never estimated.
