Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Prices are displayed in US dollars and do not include shipping unless otherwise stated.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Products must be in original packaging and unused condition. Custom orders and clearance items are final sale. Contact us at brian@dock.life to initiate a return.

Warranty

All Docklife products come with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty page for full details and coverage limitations.

Limitation of Liability

Docklife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You are responsible for ensuring proper installation and use of our products in accordance with provided instructions and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Improper installation or use voids our warranty and releases us from liability.
