Decking Material We Offer
Trex Composite Decking — We use Trex Enhance Basics, a grooved composite board installed with hidden fasteners over pressure-treated framing. It gives your dock a clean, finished, low-maintenance surface that won't splinter, rot, or fade the way traditional wood does in Florida's climate.
Our Decking System
Docklife's patented decking system attaches directly to our modular float cubes. The Trex panels are pre-cut for fast installation, laid on top of the cubes, and secured with hidden-fastener hardware by our crew. The result is a floating dock with a clean, traditional-pier appearance.
Floating docks are $105 per standard cube bare, with Trex composite decking at $21 per framed square foot on top — and the cube count on your drawing is all you need to check the math yourself.
Replacing Old Decking
If your existing dock has worn-out decking, we can replace it without disturbing the float structure underneath. Remove the old boards, install new Docklife decking panels, and your dock looks brand new. This works on our own docks and on many competitor systems as well.
For fixed docks and piers, we supply cut-to-size decking boards and hardware. Our team can also handle the installation if you are in the Central Florida area.
